Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how you may use the TAGEO website and app. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and provide accurate information where requested.
Accounts and access
Keep your account credentials confidential and use your own account. Access to staff and administration tools depends on permissions assigned by TAGEO. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use someone else's account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Submissions and conduct
Information you submit through volunteer, contact, donation, newsletter and gallery tools should be accurate and lawful. Do not upload material that you do not have the right to share, that invades another person's privacy, or that is harmful or misleading. TAGEO may review, edit, decline or remove submitted content and may restrict access for misuse.
Photos and downloads
Gallery images are provided to document TAGEO's work. A download button lets you save an image for personal reference; it does not grant permission to re-publish, sell or use the image commercially. Seek permission from TAGEO and any relevant rights holder before further use.
Volunteer applications and donations
Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee placement; the TAGEO team reviews applications and coordinates opportunities. A money or materials donation form records your intention to give and allows us to contact you about next steps. The form itself does not collect payment or confirm a completed donation.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep information accurate and the app available, but content, events and features may change. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply. Please report errors or problems to us.
